"Decent site, just a little clunky"
I was able to browse rarepet.co without too much trouble, but yeah some pages felt kinda slow and I ended up clicking around more than I thought I’d need to. Not a bad experience or anything, just could be a bit smoother. Checkout was fine once I finally found what I was looking for

"Not really worth the price"
I felt like this was overpriced for what it is. It looked decent online, but once I got it in person, it was basic and not the quality I was expecting for the price. I’ve bought similar pet stuff for less that was just as good, if not better. And the shipping wasn’t even that fast either, so come on now. Overall, it just didn’t feel like a good value, and I probably wouldn’t order again.

"Refund Took a Little Longer Than Expected"
I was feeling a bit frustrated at the time because my return was accepted, but the refund took longer than I expected. Support did get back to me, just not super quickly. In the end, everything worked out okay, but the wait was a little annoying.

"Shipping took way too long"
I ordered from Rarepet and the delivery was really slow. Since there weren’t clear updates for several days, I had no idea what was going on. It finally arrived much later than I expected, and by then I was frustrated. The product might be okay, but the long wait made the whole experience annoying. I wouldn’t order again if I needed something quickly.

"Wrong items showed up at the worst time"
I ordered two toys, and one of them showed up in the wrong size. Of course it happened right when I actually needed them, which made it even more frustrating. I reached out to support, but nothing has really been fixed yet. Annoying experience overall.

"Decent product, but the experience let me down"
I really wanted to like ordering from them, and to be fair, there were a couple of things that seemed okay. But overall, I felt ignored throughout the process, and it left me regretting the order

"Box showed up completely crushed"
The box arrived totally smashed, and the packaging was awful. I expected at least a little more protection for the item. What made it more frustrating is that I never got any follow-up about it, so it just felt like no one really cared once it shipped.

"After I placed my order, I barely heard..."
After I placed my order, I barely heard anything from them. No real updates, no clear communication, I had to keep chasing just to find out what was going on. that doesn’t feel right. If a customer has paid for something, the decent thing to do is keep them informed.

"Customization didn’t match what I requested"
Just a heads up for anyone ordering a custom item from rarepet.co: double-check your notes and maybe keep expectations realistic. My order didn’t come out the way I asked for, and a few of the custom details were off. It kind of felt like my instructions weren’t fully followed, which was disappointing because the personalized look was the main reason I ordered in the first place.

"Cute overall, but it doesn’t really look like my dog"
I was really excited to get this because the idea is super cute, and it is a nice little item on its own. That said, once I actually looked at it closely, it just didn’t remind me much of my dog. There were maybe one or two small details that felt kind of similar, but overall the face and general look were off. It’s still cute, so I don’t totally hate it or anything, but if you’re hoping for something that really captures your pet’s appearance, this might be a little disappointing.

"I bought this toy hoping it would..."
I bought this toy hoping it would keep my kid entertained for a while, but it started coming apart after just one day. For something that's supposed to be played with, I expected it to hold up a bit better.

"Pretty dependable delivery"
I ordered from rarepet.co and the delivery was smooth. The tracking updated like it should, and the package showed up around when they said it would. It was maybe a day later than I was hoping, but nothing worth stressing over. The box arrived in good shape too, so overall I’d order from them again.

"Feels like nobody’s actually there"
I’ve sent a couple of emails and still haven’t heard anything back. It feels like there’s no real person on the other end, which is frustrating when you’re just trying to get a simple response.
